Each my design aims at being easy to implement, interesting and most important effective. My motto says that it's better to do less but have an outcome. I always try to find a way how to adjust the content and the flow of the workshop to the group and the organization. I very often work in global setting so it is also very important for me to design solutions that are open for participants from variuos cultures.
